Call Paymentus at 1-833-944-0025 to make a payment over the phone. You will need your water account number. Your payment will post to your account on the next business day.

All of our kiosks offer next day posting to your account, and payment isn’t late if you pay after hours on your due date (up to midnight).

We wanted to remind all of our customers that we offer ACH and Credit Card processing via our website and a toll-free number. Please go through our website or our mobile friendly site if you are using your smart phone. Your monthly bill has the website and the toll-free phone number printed on it each month.
We have found the best provider to handle these payments at THE LOWEST PROCESSING FEE to you. Our provider only charges $1.69. Other 3rd party payment processors are charging more than twice the fee you pay through our provider. Other 3rd party payment processors take 7-10 days to mail us a check on your behalf which could result in late fees charged to your account. Our provider sends us payment information the next business day.
3rd Party Payment Providers not associated with Springdale Water Utilities are NOT a good value to you.
For example, DOXO is not approved by Springdale Water Utilities as a bill payment provider. We do not have any contractual affiliation with DOXO; therefore, we cannot assist with any late or missing payments made through DOXO.
