Pool Adjustment Form

Customers may receive a one-time sewer adjustment for brand new, purchased and installed, swimming pools with a published capacity of ten thousand gallons (10,000) or more. To receive a sewer adjustment, customers must provide proof of purchase, the manufacturer’s published capacity, date of the initial fill up, and street address. No adjustments will be made to the water rates billed.
